Luther Smalls is an educator, saxophonist, and bassist from Charleston, South Carolina. He is a senior enlisted musician serving at the Maneuver Center of Excellence Band at Fort Moore, as well as performer in Columbus and surrounding areas. Luther is available for clinics and private instruction.
