At January’s Coffee with a Coach, Christina Martin, CLC, CSSGB, will help you start the year with intention by focusing on the priorities, expectations and early wins that can build momentum for you and your team.
We’ll talk about how to get clear on what matters most, communicate expectations, create focus and avoid letting another year immediately become “business as usual.”
Then we’ll move from workshop to live coaching, giving you the opportunity to talk through the real situations you're facing.
