Whether it’s a new employee, new technology, restructuring, rapid growth or simply a new way of doing things, change can bring uncertainty and resistance to even the strongest teams.
At April’s Coffee with a Coach, Christina Martin, CLC, CSSGB, will help us explore how to lead through change while maintaining clarity, connection and forward momentum.
We’ll talk about managing your own response to change, communicating effectively with your team and helping people move through uncertainty rather than getting stuck in it.
As always, the workshop will be followed by live, on-the-spot coaching, giving you the chance to bring your real leadership challenges into the conversation.
