DESCRIPTION:What Does It Mean to Be Chosen? Seeing Jesus through the eyes of His disciples\n\nDates: March 3-5\, 2023\n\nCheck-in 6:00-7:00pm EST\n\n\n\nFacing the daunting task of feeding the 5\,000\, Jesus's disciples came to him: "Five loaves and two fish are all we have here." Then He (Jesus) said\, "Bring them here to me." (Matthew 14:17-18). Jesus only asked his disciples for the loaves and fishes\, He only asks the same of us today\, and He will do the rest. But how do we respond to being "Chosen"? Join us as we delve into Season 1 of "The Chosen" and experience how Jesus begins to choose his disciples. After watching each episode\, we will explore\, through lively discussion\, how we might identify with the disciples. There will be time for prayer and reflection throughout the retreat providing opportunities to seek how we are "Chosen" to follow God's call to provide the loaves and fishes.\n\n\n\nThis retreat is open to adults 18 and older\, and to children ages 10-17 accompanied by a guardian.
